Information Communication Technologies (ICT) are used in many areas such as business, sports, music, medicine, etc. 

I will talk about how ICT´s are used in business.

- They are used in desktop computers, it can benefit you with many improvements such as reducing costs, increasing efficiency, improving decision making and increasing your competitiveness in marketing. You can use many search engines and browsers as safari or google chrome. So, an effective investment in an ICT can make an important contribution to your organization´s success and work.

Also it can make your business to store, process, analyza and share a vast amount of data. It means using cloud services like Icloud or Google Drive.  This information available allows managers and employees to make decisions quickly and accurate to respond rapidly to business opportunities.

By automating busniess processes and helping employees with ICT tools, your business can improve much it´s normal productivity but also individually. Many communication technologies are useful to communicate such as cellphones or speakers. For example it can help you reduce set up times and improve manufactury time accuracy so employees spend less time on working and reworking. It´s very helpful for making better use of resources and reducing lead times.
